Tim Taylor Lead Director
Tim Taylor joined the Board of Directors in November 2019.
Mr. Taylor served as President of Phillips 66, an integrated downstream company with refining, chemicals, and midstream operations, from 2014 until his retirement in 2017. He was Executive Vice President of Commercial, Marketing, Transportation, and Business Development from 2012 to 2014. He has over 35 years of experience with Phillips 66, ChevronPhillips Chemical Company (a 50/50 joint venture chemical company owned by Chevron and Phillips 66), and Phillips Petroleum Company. While at ChevronPhillips, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Olefins and Polyolefins. At Phillips Petroleum, he served in various executive and management positions in downstream businesses, including President of Phillips Pipeline Company. He started his career as a chemical engineer with Texas Eastman Company. He serves on the advisory board of Triten Energy Partners and the Board of Directors for the Kansas State University Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Kansas State University.
Mr. Taylor brings extensive experience in domestic and international refining, chemicals, transportation and chemicals marketing and operations, project and business development, and financial analysis to the Board.
