Continental Resources is passionate about investing in the education of our future workforce and community leaders.

Continental has invested more than $700,000 in educational grants since 2013 to help more than 230 schools create or sustain innovative, hands-on programs. This grant is meant to augment existing programs or help create new ones that foster learning in key areas of reading, science, math, technology or engineering. Grants will not be awarded for travel or equipment (laptops, Chromebooks or iPads).

Our Funding the Future program is open to teachers in Continental’s operating areas in Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Texas.

Past recipients have used Funding the Future grants on state-of-the-art science labs, robotics kits, school gardens and math and reading skills programs. Such programs nurture our students with the educational resources they need to grow into the future leaders of our nation.

Grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to schools in the name of the applying teacher or administrator, so any equipment or materials purchased with grant funds will remain property of the school district. Grant recipients will be notified in May 2024.
