Quality of Life

Holidays
We observe several federal holidays throughout the year as well as time off during the winter holiday season. These include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2) and Christmas (2). In 2012, a new company floating holiday has been added. This additional holiday will be set by the company each year with the goal of providing the holiday in a way that corresponds with other holidays.
Vacation
Employees enjoy paid vacation upon joining the company, and are offered additional time off as years of service increase.
Comfortable Workplace
Our corporate and field office locations are business casual dress during the week and casual on Fridays. We provide personal protective gear to all employees working at our production locations.
